Vegetarian cuisine can not only be healthy, but also very tasty. You only need to try a few simple recipes for veggie dishes to see that they are worth introducing into your menu. Today I have prepared for you some vege recipes for dishes that are sure to appeal to vegetable lovers.
Colorful salad with lentils and avocado To prepare the salad we need: red onions, green lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, avocado, chickpeas and cooked lentils. We cut the vegetables into cubes, and the onion into thin peaks. We mix everything together in a bowl and add our favorite spices. Finally, we add cooked lentils and avocado pieces.
Vegetarian spaghetti To prepare vege spaghetti we need: spaghetti noodles, zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and favorite herbs and spices. We cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. We cut the vegetables into cubes and fry them in a pan. After a while, we add the pasta and mix everything together. Finally, we add our favorite herbs and spices.
Cream of broccoli soup To prepare cream of broccoli soup we need: broccoli, onion, garlic, vegetable broth and cream of cream. Steam the broccoli. In a frying pan, we fry the onion and garlic. Add the fried onions and garlic and vegetable broth to the pot with the broccoli. Blend the whole thing with a blender to a smooth paste. At the end we add cream cheese.
Zucchini and tomato casserole To prepare zucchini and tomato casserole we need: zucchini, tomatoes, onions, cream cheese and favorite herbs and spices. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into slices. In a frying pan, we fry the onions. In an ovenproof dish, arrange zucchini, tomatoes and fried onions in layers. Sprinkle grated cream cheese and favorite herbs and spices on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
