Their use may be justified in case of vitamin or mineral deficiencies, but it is worth consulting a doctor or nutritionist before deciding to buy them.

 

When choosing dietary supplements, pay attention to their composition, dosage and quality. It is not advisable to buy the cheapest or unpackaged products or an unknown brand. Choose supplements from reputable manufacturers, with properly marked expiration dates and lot numbers.

 

Keep in mind that not all supplements are suitable for everyone. People with chronic diseases, pregnant women or children should use supplements only after consulting a doctor.

 

In conclusion, dietary supplements can be helpful in supplementing our diet, but should not be the basis of it. Let's choose them with caution and follow the principle that natural foods are the best source of nutrients for our bodies.
